The Structure of Faith is a photography series focusing on the material and mundane background of different social organizations, such as religions, nations and political ideologies, which have spiritual / immaterial dimensions in their structure. The series consists of 15 photographs taken between 2018 and 2022 in 12 cities in 6 countries (Palermo, Bologna, Venice – Italy; Amsterdam, Alkmaar, The Hague, s’Hertogenbosch, Otterlo – The Netherlands; St. Petersburg – Russia; Munich – Germany; Istanbul – Turkey; Sofia – Bulgaria). Each single photograph in the series reflects the intertwining of the material and the spiritual, and as a whole reflects similar relationships between spirituality and materiality in different parts of the world.
